Returns & Refunds

We hope you will instantly fall in love with your Chrysalism jewellery but in the rare circumstances where this isn't the case - we have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. 

To request a return, please email custercare@chrysalism.co.uk including your name, order number and reason for return, or contact us via the chat widget below. 

We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we have received the returned goods we'll review the item(s) and if your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

Exclusions
We are unable to accept returns of custom orders or engraved jewellery.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we understand what went wrong and put it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost Items
All of our items are sent using a tracked delivery method. If your items do not arrive, please contact us immediately using the chat functionality at the bottom of the page or call us on 0744 144 1287
